conditions outlined below. This service is provided by qualified pharmacists from
Filey Bay Pharmacy, Bridlington Pharmacy, or West View Pharmacy.
Our video consultations are designed to offer professional health advice, particularly
for travel health, vaccinations, and other pharmacy-related services.
Booking & Payment
The listed service fee must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your appointment
The consultation fee covers the video consultation only. Any further services (such as vaccinations, prescriptions, or medications) will be charged separately at the time of administration or collection.
Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and secure video link for your appointment.
Your Responsibilities
- Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private setting for your consultation.
- Arrive promptly at your scheduled time.
- Provide accurate details about your medical history and travel plans to ensure safe and appropriate guidance.
- You must be located within the UK at the time of the consultation.
Scope of Service
- The consultation includes personalised advice based on your individual needs.
- If vaccinations or medication are recommended, we will guide you through the next steps, including administration at one of our pharmacy branches.
- This service is not a substitute for urgent medical care or GP services. If we believe your case requires further medical assessment, we will advise you to seek the appropriate care.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations by You
- You may cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not qualify for a refund.
- To cancel, you must send an email to LocalPharmacyDirect@gmail.com
How to Cancel
- Locate the confirmation email you received after booking (this includes your appointment details and video link).
- Simply hit "Reply" to that email — the reply will be addressed to LocalPharmacyDirect@gmail.com
- Add a brief note requesting cancellation and send.
- The time your email is received will determine if it was sent more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, which is required for a refund.
Missed Appointments
- If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and fail to notify us in advance, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable.
Cancellations by Us
- If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason (e.g., staff illness or technical difficulties), we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative appointment time.

How to Reschedule
- Simply hit “Reply” to your confirmation email — your message will go directly to LocalPharmacyDirect@gmail.com
- In your message, include your name, original appointment date and time, and your request to reschedule.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request and offer an alternative time slot based on our availability.
Rescheduling Conditions
- Rescheduling requests must be received at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time
- The time your email is received will be used to determine whether it qualifies for rescheduling or a refund.
- Requests sent less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.
