What Is a Dosette Box?
A dosette box (also called a monitored dosage system or MDS) is a clearly labelled tray that organises medicines by day and time, making it easier to follow your prescription and avoid missed or double doses. Each compartment is sealed and labelled, offering peace of mind for both patients and carers.

Weekly Supply & Personalisation
We prepare and deliver dosette boxes on a weekly basis. If there are any mid-cycle changes from your GP or hospital, we’ll collect the current box, update it, and redeliver — ensuring complete accuracy.
Each box can include:
- Your name, address, and a photo (if needed)
- Images of the tablets with descriptions and dosage
- Barcoded tracking for safety and audit purposes
Prescription Coordination & Monitoring
We can communicate directly with your GP regarding any prescription changes. Our team also handles unused medication safely and monitors adherence, helping patients stay on track with their prescribed regimens.
Who Can Access This Service?
